The most common information to sync to/from Notion is in the embedded databases. These are fully featured linked tables, allowing for Airtable-like levels of possibility but with Word Document level design flexibility. It's an incredible feat.
With this flexibility comes complexity. Syncing Notion data is usually done by externally keeping track of what data lives in which table, and updating accordingly. Syncing page elements requires separate logic entirely.
If you would like to automate Notion beyond the built-in workflow limitations, sending and synchronizing your data off-platform is a must. To send to or process data on other platforms (HubSpot, Excel, etc), reach out and let's talk about your goals.
Alignment Sync doesn't just pipe your data to where you need it - we add cleaning, smart match, and logical steps to save you time and busywork.
